- Consultation with key stakeholders, staff, SMT and governing body regarding current and future needs and objectives
- Establish clear monitoring and reporting mechanisms
- Presentation and publication of refreshed business plan and targets
£6,400 plus VAT and expenses as agreed
Strategic Intervention
24 days @ per £375 day over four months

- Create, refresh and/or digitise supported and self-guided tours, walks and trails
- Gamify tours and events with interactive mobile app treasure trails
- Develop new participatory workshop activities
- Develop new digital content and experiences
Each intervention includes inception meeting, team participation, audience consultation and publication of a final report which will define the new offer, delivery plan and budget.
